Once we have identified a site, we work closely with the vendors to construct a deal that is right for each party, this may be:
- Unconditional Purchase - We purchase asset as it is, without planning permission.
- Conditional Purchase - A conditional contract dependent on successful planning consent.
- Joint Venture - We often work in partnership with the vendor to maximise their returns.
- Option Agreement - An option or agreement for the promotion of land for development.
